What is Microdosing?

Microdosing is the practice of enjoying a very small serving size of THC, allowing you to work your way up to your personalized desired effects while avoiding any unwanted effects of overconsumption.

Why Microdose?

Microdosing allows you to easily regulate the effects of THC by controlling and monitoring your dosage size. While THC provides numerous enjoyable effects, it can also induce feelings of sleepiness or anxiety if taken in too large a dose.

Since there is such a wide range of consumer tolerance, now everyone can enjoy consuming cannabis without feeling as if they’ve had too much.

How To Microdose With Edibles

Edibles are one of the most precise ways to microdose as it is easiest to titrate your serving.
A microdose of cannabis is considered an edible that contains anywhere from 1-10 mg of THC.

It is recommended for beginners to start in the range of 1-5mg.
Simply take your desired serving size and ingest.

Allowing the edible to dissolve naturally, or by sucking, can speed up delivery time by up 20 minutes.
Effects take place after roughly 30-45 minutes but can take upwards of 1-2 hours depending on a number of factors. The effects can last up to 4 hours

How Do I Know If Microdosing Is Working?

When working in low doses of cannabis, it can be hard to tell if the effects are actually there at all. You may not attain that level of “being high” if you are used to micro-dosing, but that does not mean it isn’t effective. It is recommended to take your microdose consistently, try taking it at the same time of day, or before the same activity. Then, track how much THC you took and how you felt.

This will help you determine what your ideal microdose is, when to take it and what types of cannabis work for you.
